Always go for the specials - their menu is seasonal and sourced from local farms and vendors. Gnocchi is a favorite of ours. They have a new one to offer every time we come.
The stuffed tomato appetizer is delicious and great for sharing! Filled with roasted veggies and cheese. Delicious way to start the meal. My only complaint: the outside chairs are very uncomfortable.

Local & seasonal family-run farm / country store that sells local produce, good apple cider, baked goods, homemade soups, sammies & salads. Love their Reuben, coleslaw, chicken salad & potato salad!
A touristy spot but I still love the Grove for the relaxed shopping atmosphere, tacos & aguas frescos at La Lotería in Farmers Mkt, & the star-sightings. Also, I get my parking validated in the Mkt.

Great place for the family! Get the blueberry wine, I promise you that you don't be disappointed.
They jacked the prices here in 2017 to an insane degree. On a Friday morning, $26 admission (with tax) for a family of four. Then $7 per pound of raspberries and blueberries on top of that.
Beautiful farm. Huge variety to pick from: veggies, apples, pumpkins, etc. After you're finished, grab a bite. Perfect food for a crisp fall day. Best fries I've ever eaten and wild mac & cheese!
Alstede Farms Strawberry Harvest Festival’s (1 Alstede Farms Ln) ea Sat & Sun 6/2–6/24/18 11am-5pm 9-7pm: homemade strawberry treats, hay, pony & tractor rides. Just watch out for tons of ppl & kids!
Strawberry Fair is Sat 6/9–Sun 6/10/18. Sample homemade strawberry treats (ice cream, jam & berries dipped in chocolate). Live music. For the kids: wheelbarrow + balloon races & playin w/ farm animals
~1hr 15 min drive frm NYC, this farm sells pick-ur-own strawberries ~mid-May, raspberries late Aug & pumpkins in Fall. Arrive early AM or late afternoon 4 cooler temps+prime picking conditions.
