Nothing better on a hot sweltering day than an ice cold bowl of chendol. There are now seats at the green shophouse (uncle will direct you there) but standing by the roadside to eat has more feel!
Brown sauce is made with bacon so can be slightly salty. Not a bad alternative to the signature white sauce.
Gave miso ramen a try and found the soup a bit too thick and makes the noodles clump together. Prefer the shoyu soup. Nevertheless, worth a try.

Fried carrot cake black/white at #01-45! Come early for breakfast, sold out by 1030 am. Generous with the eggs and radish, and fried vigorously by the uncle. 👍
