Lots of outdoor seating, fast service even during brunch.
Sit on the patio and ask for patty. Shes the best server around. And don't miss the corn chowder, it's the best in LA hands down. E

Excellent cappuccinos and very nice healthy options.- Cool vibe but a bit noisy. Not the best place for groups unless it's warm enough to be outside or you don't care about hearing each other.
