Sitting on the 3rd floor of building on the quiet side of Ebisu, Sin Tong Kee has fragrant, delicious foods reminiscent of Singapore. Very tasty; highly recommended for locals.

At dinner time, Hokkien Mee is for about 1500 yen, and alcohol is pricy as well. Ambiance is casual but price is not casual. Chicken Otah Otah or stir-fried Chinese spinach can be good for starters.
