The Cellar is cozy and perfect for a glass of wine, a few nibblies, and good conversation. All the apps we had were good, and the worlds best Mac and cheese was definitely up there. Nice service, too.

Cheese plates, kale salad and the famous mac and cheese are all my favorites here. Plus they have excellent cocktails! Date worthy spot but good for a pricier happy hour, too.

Go for the cocktails stay for the mac and cheese! Definitely tops the chart as some of the best in NYC. Special shoutout to the burratta with the honey balsamic glaze 😍

We love the happy hour here, since it features $5 specialty cocktails, $6 glasses of wine, AND $7 mac and cheese (enough for a meal!). Make sure to come early before the place fills up.

Amazing lounge/cafe with craft beers and cocktails, plus to-die-for mac n cheese plates!!!! All the cheese is made upstairs in their "factory" and ya can not go wrong with any cheese option

Delicious Mac and cheese. Pork belly isn't anything too special but the mushroom and cauliflower are AMAZING.

Busy, errs on the louder side in the evening. great for groups. lighting is dark, decor is stylish. I love the tequila cocktail. Service is 👌. The mac & cheese is very rich; go with the cheese plate!

I love this place for lunch, never been for dinner. The Patty Melt is spot on. Order one of the mac and cheeses to share with the table (or maybe 2 if you're feeling hungry!)

Just one block from my office, this joint is my happy hour jam. Get the $5 cocktail or the $6 Cabernet with the cheese plate or mac & cheese at $8 a pop and is perfect to split with a friend/date.

One of my favorite spots in NYC! Fantastic option for happy hour in the area or for just grabbing wine and apps and hanging out. Super dark and intimate and sophisticated!

How did I not know about this place until recently?!?!? My new place for amazing mac and cheese and specialty drinks. The bartenders really know what they are doing. Great Atmosphere.

Incredible happy hour. The simple salad was a perfect for 3 people to split, and then each had their own Mac and Cheese. That plus a few drinks each... Out the door for $100.

Drink: players club. The name lets u know it's going to be good. The bartender... I fell in love @hello. Food, I had the steak, Mac & cheese, ppl don't lie. It was divine! I'll come back for all 4 ;)

One of my favorite happy hour spots around. From 5-7 weeknights, house infusion cocktail changes daily and is $5, glass of house red or white wine is $6. Great atmosphere. Service varies.

Their lunch menu is delicious. It’s a great spot for a (lunch) meeting because they have free WiFi! Try the tomato soup or the burrata.

Go before 7pm for happy hour specials on drinks. Order the cheesemonger's plate (more variety than the Beecher's); 3 cheeses for a light starter to share, 5 if you mean business.

Always packed around Happy Hour, but head over after 7 pm and grab a spot at the bar for wines by the glass and snacks. Great date atmosphere.

Be sure to steal samples from Beecher's in the shop above before heading to the basement. This place is legendary. I loved how you can feel the train go by just a little!
