Just stick with the base Hinoki omasake. Ordering the additional items at the end was def not worth the $$$. In my case 4 pieces, 2 each for the two of us set us back over $75. Not worth it IMHO.

Try to get an earlier reservation (1st seating at 6pm) to avoid waiting 30-60 minutes for other people to finish eating before being seated...

Seafood not fresh enough, chef's skill not worth the price. If you want omakase, go to Kura for the same price but MUCH BETTER food.
