if you come here craving the earl gray with chocolate chips flavor, and they are OUT for unclear reasons -- do not order the blood orange flavor bc it will just taste like regret.

Liquid nitrogen makes the ice cream so smooth yet still rich. Cinnamon shortbread on top of vanilla ice cream. Use paypal for $5 discount!

'Nerdy' ice cream made-to-order using high-tech mixer. Ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen. I can nerd out to earl grey 🍦.

A small = 2 scoops. Ask for the munchkin size if you want just 1 scoop. It's $3 and not on the menu.

The salted caramel is better than Bi-Rite! Watch them make your scoop as you wait..and be sure to get the cone! 75cents but totally worth it--tastes like a buttery fortune cookie :)

All natural and made right on the spot- grab some ice cream before a show! Don't forget to try their toppings too! The nibs are my personal favorite.

Try the Rhubarb Crunch Ice Cream - Dense, smooth and refreshing kelvin-made ice cream (frozen by dry ice before your eyes). Loved the flavor.

They do make each ice cream flavor one batch at a time, so expect a wait. The vanilla is an absolute must. Heavy on the dairy though.

Smooth as promised. Get the berry sundae for $7.75. Sub the flavor of the day for the vanilla. Ginger peach was sweet as tho didn't taste the ginger much.

I find the whole liquid nitrogen thing too gimmicky. It takes them so long to mix up your ice cream. Although the texture is very smooth, I can get a creamy scoop of ice cream somewhere else.

This is the original store location (after the radio flyer stand). The quality has not deteriorated and is still velvety smooth creaminess.The vanilla is my all-time favorite.

If they have the Apple Cinnamon flavor, get it with the brown sugar caramel sauce! It tastes exactly like an Apple Pie Crumble!

Liquid nitrogen icecream machine sounds exciting but the salted caramel doesn't suit my liking at all. The earl grey is alright though. The Bi-rite creamery does the earl grey better in my opinion.
