Won ton noodle soup: delicate and subtle but rich chicken broth flavored with onions and lots of garlic. Very fresh veggies and wontons. Very tasty.
Paitan ramen, takoyaki *just* like in Japan, karaage chicken, honjuku eggs and totally delicious bamboo shoot tsukemono (pickles) in the broth. Just wonderful.
The herb gravy on the mashed potato side drenches them but is still really light and tasty.
Everything. Unheralded yet extremely good find. Very home cooked. Try everything, as treatment may be somewhat different/better than the norm. Favorite Indian, compares favorably to any in the city.
Their bolognese and orecchiette with rapini and crumbled sausage are to die for. Simple, honest, perfectly carried off without too much fuss. Feels actually European. I believe the owner is from Rome.
Has a great little bar for the beer drinker run by an aficionado. Have been eating the pizza almost my whole life and it's still great, New Haven style. Get it with (smokey) bacon and onions.
