- As a resident your best bet is to go Friday, post-5pm, when admission is $5. You have until 8pm; plenty of time to see the newer rotating exhibits, and the permanent displays at 1/4 of regular price.

- Always plan extra time and let yourself wander around. There are always a diverse selection of wonderful exhibits that deserve your time. Go slow and enjoy!

- Take the historic elevator for a ride. It's to the right as you enter. Watch your fingers though - the door is manually operated. Ask any staff member if you need help.
