    Wonderful hotel on a great farm/estate. Farmhouse cottages are fantastic and it’s a great property with beautiful gardens to explore. Be sure to borrow the bikes and ride to the Bosque!

    Eggs Benedict for breakfast. Beautiful grounds and lovely, high- end home goods in the farm shop.

    The Monticello 16 year aged balsamic vinegar they use in dishes is the best I've ever tasted. Incredible flavor is very small quantities!
