Dropping a passenger off is now 2£, a 100% increase. The traffic flow at the drop off zone is dismal and probably caused many people to miss their flights.
NatiDicembre 31, 2013£3 for 1 hr of wifi. No thanks. Theyve also gone out of their way to not provide charging outlets. You can find outlets in "the real food company" which we supported by making a purchase.

I have absolutely no idea why it is so fashionable to abhor this airport, though it is not anyhow worse than Stansted. Poor Luton, you do your very best, and I really appreciate it.
Steps up in double quick time. If only they could unlock the terminal on time ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Miserable place. Charging for everything but lacking basics like seating and air.
If you're checking in a bag with Whizz Air, get here 2 hours before departure

The worst airport in the UK. Instead of increasing retail space... provide people with some seats!
Make sure you drop off in the correct place - they pounce on you here even if you make a genuine mistake !

Jason HirstLuglio 8, 2016EVERY time I travel from this airport I'm reminded how awful it is. The ONLY place I know to charge for a plastic bag (£1 for 2), roadworks around the place, long walks from check-in to gate. Awful.

Buy your food from M & S in landside it's cheaper and certainly a lot nicer than aircraft food!
Ian JefferyNovembre 19, 2012Appalling airport. Long stay car park 5 min drive. Waited 45 mins for the bus there and missed flight. Advertised 10-15 min intervals. Use Stansted is my advice.
Jānis BukšsOttobre 31, 2020Security control disallowed to have a tiny(50ml) snowball in hand luggage claiming that the item has no approved reference of liquid volume. Asking what is “approved”, the woman refused to reply! WTF
Small enough that you will not have to queue long at security.

WORST airport 3 years in a row- that says a lot.😠LTN should scrap the £3 charge to drop off and pick up people who had to endure that kind of service- that’s daylight robbery! 🤬

Poor signage, the place is stuck in a 1960s time warp when it was built.

Behind security there is Real Food. If there is any food at all. All sold out except a crappy dry piece of chicken my cat would abandon. The place itself is a cafeteria look from the 50s. Avoid

This is the worst airport ever. It takes 1.5 - 2 hours to get to central London and what ever one saves in ticket prices will be spent in transportation back to London. A complete waste of time & £.
