Niki Katherine HolmesNovembre 29, 2014Vegetarians! Try the mushroom risotto. One type of mushroom is cut thick to be the "meat" almost like scallops, while porcini and shitake deepen the flavor. Parmesan & butter form a creamy sauce. Yum!
