Small portions. Triple pork, triple garlic mazemen is good, but price/portion ratio is way off. Deviled thousand year eggs are just deviled eggs with bonito flakes - good, but not $3.50 a pop good.

The Lancaster Okonomiyaki, the scrapple waffle, is a weird mixture of flavors and textures that ends up being really enjoyable

Poor presentation (the bowl was very dirty when served), and extremely salty. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and the soup was murky and tasted like pure sodium. Really had to try hard to finish my bowl.

My friend and I had the chili Ramen and the veggie Ramen. The noodles texture was unique and very good. However, both broths were too salty, felt greasy after having them. Too pricy for what it is.

Ramen and broth quality has changed within the year that I have discovered Ivan ramen and it now feels overpriced for mediocre, hyped up ramen. I would still recommend the shoyu ramen.

The owner of this place is featured in one of the episodes of Chefs table (Netflix series). I was so excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectation. Hyped up!

Shio was safe but nothing special. Spicy looked like a bit much and I regret not getting the triple. Beef tongue, prawns, and mushrooms all average. Meatballs were my favorite app fwiw
