Laundry service closes at 8pm.. Make sure you send your clothes before then.

Have to agree with the rest. A let-down for a major hotel chain, basic basic amenities; i.e. old skool TV. Internet chargeable @ RM25 per hour?! Front desk reluctant to give complimentary internet.

Room on the eighth floor has nice view but the toilet emits a musty smell. Pool is poorly designed for swimming and the shallow part is only 3 feet?

poor receipient service. didnt bother to check booking fax, instead asking the guest for the bookies no. old school tv. carpet with wet damp smell.
