Terror RiskMarzo 18, 2015Grand and nice old hotel located near Sarawak River. Swift and efficient check in. Luxurious room to international standard. The downside - they charge guest WiFi fir s fee instead of Free-Of-Charge.

However, the egg station counter served me boiled egg instead of half boiled. Good spread 👍✅
Good service, good food in the Waterfront cafe. Free wifi. Unfortunately we got a room facing the pool and not the river view. Room was a bit dated and in need of updating. Charge for extra bed.

The rooms have been refurbished! And they've improved on customer service, checking now and then if we're doing fine. Stayed on executive floor, the view from suite , splendid!

Had the best stay here. Clubroom newly renovated. So are the rooms on the 2nd,3rd,4th,12th and 13th Floor. Stay there. Perfect river views.

Ada guest ceridak kedak sakai jak kedak sik pande check in pake bath room sampe banjir. Sik consider. Tedah sidak housekeeping.
Please add some more TV channels in the room especially KBS World!
Get an even numbered room for the river view and watch the sunset

They should give free wifi in the room instead at the lobby. Most hotels now provide that. At least a free Internet access in the room. Sigh.
