    Do yourself a favor. NEVER rent from here. Waited 2 hours in line. When we went to get our car, it wasn't in the spot. Still waiting.... no discounts or apologies. Ridiculous!

    Anywhere but hertz! The line is atrocious! 26 stations 7 agents staff milling around at least 20 people ahead of us. Awful.

    Been here 3x in the past 5 weeks and my name is never on the board. Long lines at gold counter. Ridiculous. Get your shit together, Hertz.

    Long wait times, incompetent service. Told me over phone they had cars, got there and they said reservations only, sorry. Called, reserved, and waited in line again. Totally useless.

    Terrible understaffed service. Left after waiting for 70 minutes just to talk to a rep on one of their electronic kiosks. Avoid at all costs!

    Craaaazy lines and the kiosks force you to wait 20 minutes to speak to a real person. Avoid at all costs.

    If dropping off, leave lots of extra time for the shuttle to the terminal. I've never seen a more crowded drop-off scene than LAX.

    Horrible customer service!!! Be prepared to wait an hour in line with no compensation or regard for your time. Not to mention a $200 hold. Go Enterprise.
