    The rep was nice, but the wait was awful for a car I had already paid for online. It was not clear that I could use the kiosk, I thought it was just for making a reservation. What a waste of an hour.

    I can see how it could be a long frustrating wait but even with a power outage we still got in and out in under 5 minutes.

    Busy but worth it! Have dealt with 15 - 20 staff members here over multiple visits, never any attitude or even lack of a smile.

    Sometimes much cheaper to rent from the Hertz at the Hilton.. And you can still drop here!

    8 out of 26 counters open to help people, half the self service 'express' kiosk are out of service which makes little difference actually as they're pathetic anyway & u'll go back to the line

    If you're here early, plan on the shuttle bus running very late. Leave time.

    Staff is helpful but be prepared to wait at both pick up and return. Not long but expect 5 to 10 mins which can feel long if you are late for your flight.

    Long line made all the worse by the tacky elevator music. Dozens of check in windows and 7 total agents (two of which are obviously doing something else)

    Wow - avoid if at all possible. Usual go to of Enterprise was sold out so had to come here. Will not be back. Lines absurdly long and self check-in kiosks are a joke.

    Simply take ur rental agreement, 1. 1. Write Final Mileage 1. Calc Fuel - drop in yellow box near buses. No waiting for check in ppl...boooyah!

    Do not expect service from the worst Hertz location in the country. Instead expect no or confusing directions and signs. If you're lucky they will even yell at you to move your car somewhere else.

    If you're running late and ask nicely, they'll drive you to your terminal in your rental car! But ask nice!

    Worst. Hellish. Employees cannot locate a reserved car, don't know the wait time, give you a different car for more money and have a "not my business" attitude. Ruined my first impression of LA

    Avoid their new self-service express option unless NO ONE is in line. Their new process makes TSA look like an express lane.

    I don't know what it is about car rentals that makes them so painful but Hertz seems to try to make it triply so.

    Worst place ever to get a rental car. Took 2 hrs to stand In line to get a car from a kiosk. Pissed everyone off I'll never use again. Awful service. Stay far far away!!

    Budget for at least an hour - kiosk's dont work, long line to rent and then guess what - no cars. So your wait can potentially be infinite.
