GOTTA try the vanilla iced chai latte if you enjoy chai as much as I do. But be sure to make sure they mix the powder well or you'll be sucking down sediment.

How they managed to get an A from the Department of Health is beyond me. Every unoccupied table is covered with crumbs and crud and there are gnats flying gleefully around. Get serious.

Lemon poppy seed muffin is an old standard, but delicious. Be sure to get your muffins in the morning as they frequently sell out of most flavors by afternoon.

Mostly come here when I'm nearby and need a bathroom. For example La Bagel has no bathroom so if I'm having a bagel and coffee there the CM bathroom is a good option

Ask for bathroom key at the counter to use their restroom located in back. Outdoor seating includes just a few benches. Long wait times due to slow customer service behind the counter.

Chocolate chip cookie is sub-par. The chocolate part is good. The batter is lame and chalky.

The service here is pretty terrible. Also, if you asked for an ice water, they'll give you boiling water over ice. Awkward. Chai latte is way too sweet :-( I don't usually complain but needed to here.

Fave food: lemon grilled chicken panini. Face drink: white hot chocolate. Very slow food service. Staff is rude and a little disorganized.
