- Don't let the tempura lead you astray -- this place is best for super delicious pure veggies. Get the Cha-Ya Delight 9 times out of 10.
- Jessica SantascoyAprile 5, 2012Tasty but be careful not to burn your tongue. Seriously, the food comes out super hot.
- David SiuGiugno 27, 2015Tried the "seafood" salad and broiled eggplant, tofu and portobello mushroom. Carefully prepared and simple, but both sauces (sesame and miso) were a tad too strong.
- Beryl LevyGennaio 22, 2011Sea vegetable salad, 3 types of seaweed with mysterious delicious shit on top
- Melodie TaoMaggio 15, 2010The miso soup here is delicious. It's the best miso soup I've had! Nice and warm on a cold SF day and extremely flavorful!
- Julie HammersAgosto 2, 2009Have the kinoko miso or the sansai soba soup. Perfect for foggy days or when you're feeling sick!
- April Vee DubMaggio 14, 2009Order the Vege-tofu curry with udon and slurp up all that delicious broth. YUM.
- Kinoko Soba is something special. Add generous amount of the chili pepper.
- Since you've been so good to yourself eating healthy food at Cha Ya, head a few blocks away to Bi Rite Creamery and reward yourself.
- Jess HMarzo 21, 2009Go here for dinner and try to do a full meal without ordering any of the fried stuff.
- CaterinaOttobre 29, 2013The soba salad was delicious and the miso soup one of the best I've ever tasted (and I'm obsessed with miso soup).
