Maybe the best coffee and tea option for that area. Being at the groundfloor of an communist block is a weak element. The espresso is above average and the tea as well. Friendly, staff.
Probably the best breakfast/lunch option in area. French bakery style, clean, new, everything looks perfect. Croissant is delicious and the espresso was good almost origo coffee.
Tavern word makes me think at huge portions, good wine, a lot of meat dishes, lively place, and they accomplish that. It's pleasant to have lunch/dinner with the family.
Probably the best place to see a great play, the theatre looks great from outside and inside. Uncomfortable seats for taller persons. Parking in front and underground. Subway Universitate.
Being a vegan, it's pretty hard to find a great restaurant in Bucharest, but look at this plate. Looks amazing, tastes almost perfect. The staff well prepaired, ambiental live music, astonishing view.
