- Marlon AlaanMarzo 25, 2015Please watch your speed on your way to the airport. Cops don't care even if you're already running late to catch your flight.
- Check out Airspace lounge. $20 but includes wifi, $7 food/drink credit, and coffee
- Stefanie KressatyFebbraio 10, 2011Bijoux Terner across from gate B4 .. jewelry and accessories - everything is $10 bux! Cute stuff too! Worth seeking out if you have time!
- Print a boarding pass - the mobile doc scanner at security is constantly "out of battery power" and you'll have to go back and print your boarding pass
- Ray HoffmanGiugno 14, 2013Nice airport! Not sure who made us wait 3 hours on the tarmack however it was a weather delay. Nice place!
- Chris MirkovichGiugno 7, 2013If you have not signed up for TSA Pre Check, I highly recommend it! Through security in 5 minutes.
- if you're early to pick someone up, there's free 1hr parking at the rental car facility. AC, bathrooms and snacks etc inside.
- Marsha MiddletonSettembre 29, 2011This airport sucks when it comes to outlets! The best airpprt at accommodating someone traveling with a phone or computer (everyone) is Chicago!
- Terri PotterGiugno 29, 2013Clean restrooms, comfortable seating and great shopping ... should you have a layover.
- Aswin MathewLuglio 19, 2014Security Gate C is the fastest and it connects to Terminals A and B as well.
- Vino Volo has outlets at every wall table, and yummy Brie and prosciutto sandwiches...
- Pro tip: there's an Au Bon Pain across from terminal a7 and a9. Best place to eat at BWI, hands down.
- Delta security airlines were quite long for early Monday travel. They were moving quite well, but still give self 1.5 HRS at least for domestic flights out.
- Small united flights make you check carry on luggage w/wheels at the gate, more or less defeating the purpose of only bringing carry on luggage.
- Aasha FosterGiugno 29, 2012The bathrooms are super clean! They do a great job. And they'll service it of you need them too.
- Love what a short walk it is from curb to TSA to gate. So convenient.
- TSA PreCheck line is a longer than most a majority of the time. Leave extra time for security.
- Lizzy LouOttobre 31, 2012Curbside check in isn't always the fastest - check at the ticket counter first. Security is usually pretty slow, so arrive early!
- Alexis McCartyAprile 29, 2012If you need to fill up the rental car gas tank better do it before you take the airport exit. There is none to be found anywhere near the car rental facility.
- Southwest won't let you use mobile devices during take off and landing. Be prepared to power down
- So awesome to hear @iamwesmoore at the airport with the welcome message!
- A.J. ThornAgosto 20, 2012Check out Zona Mexicana for a decent nosh across from Gate B1. They've got a full bar too,
- The parking is a bit of a pain, and the color coding system they have in the garage is stupid.
- Jaslynn DoddsFebbraio 10, 2013Seems to have good luck at BWI. Just checked my 67lb bag with no problem on SW and got through security in 15 min. If the security line is long, try downstairs. It's never really crowded.
- Kilbert PazGiugno 2, 2014So slooow. Make sure to allow yourself at least 3 hours if you are returning a car
- For southwest or AirTran flights go through security downstairs. Little known, small lines, moves fast.
- Terminals A and B are connected, so you can use whichever security line is shorter. Also, if flying Southwest, use the curbside checkin. It's always shorter than going inside.
- Take advantage of the newer security line downstairs in the Southwest baggage area before the masses find out.
- If you're flying United with a connecting Continental flight, arrive early - you'll be visiting both counters for tickets!
- Visit the newly opened Ultra Diamonds kiosk on the A/B Boardwalk adjacent to the Food Court.
- frequent fliers TSA security line to right of Terminal D main security line -- labeled "Crew/Employees", but good for FFs too
- Plenty of food selections, quick TSA lines, easy to navigate.
- Certainly an advantage to subscribe for Clear, this is a busy airport
- Vikki EvansLuglio 15, 2013Phillips restaurant in terminal A is super fast. I just saw a TSA agent on a Seqway...funny.
- Sandra SuarezLuglio 26, 2018Waiting for the Pilot 👨✈️ for more than 40 minutes ✈️ South West Airlines 😡
- Ray BaumannNovembre 19, 2017Early morning good time to fly, off to California to see the girls and Dan too😎👍
- In terminal 1 use the security under the stairs (to the left as you face the ticket counter) - its faster.
- If you're flying Southwest or AirTran put of Terminal A/B, there's a second, waaaay less crowded security line near Baggage Carousel 1.
- Ben HoganAprile 1, 2013Keep your boarding passes out, remove your computer from your bag and take your shoes and jacket off. Come on people...
- Roma JNovembre 16, 2010There's a Bestbuy vending machine and you can buy gadgets like camera, earplugs, gps and more incase you left those home and needed it. Cool!
- Big fan of the daily parking garage here complete with digital signs indicating number of open spaces per level.
- Southwest Curbside check in is a must for a morning flight. The line always moves faster.
