- The Silver Diner by the Southwest A gates has great food - I love their vegetarian omelette and milkshakes; - but the food takes awhile. Worth it, though. If I have time, I always have a meal here.Votato positivo Oct 19
- Eliza WeeksFebbraio 14, 2017I love flying into BWI. The renovations are coming along nicely and they have a kids play area now which is really nice! The restrooms are always clean and freshly scented.Votato positivo 6 giorni fa
- Sam SankovichNovembre 3, 2014Had not had breakfast or lunch before I arrived & had about a 1.5 hour layover. The food offerings are great & they provide terrific seating areas. Was very nice not having to eat in the terminal.Votato positivo Aug 27
- Take a picture of your parking space # so you can find your car when you return. And, when you pay inside for parking - you need the receipt AND the ticket when you get to the ticket taker booth ;-)
- Sometimes it doesn't matter if you are TSA Precheck here. They don't do the best job managing traffic in the normal lines, and just open the Precheck lane to anyone, negating the purpose.
- BWI offers a nice range of airlines, convenient access to mass transit, and plenty of parking and rental cars.
- Time before or between flight? Check out Roam Fitness post security terminal D/E for a workout! If you don’t have workout apparel/shoes you can rent. Awesome concept which more airports should adopt.
- Scott ZGiugno 28, 2014If you have time to kill before your flight, in the evening between 8:30-9pm head down towards A-10, A-11 to watch the sunset
- During Holiday Travel & International Travel always come at least two hours before your departure time. Getting through TSA Lines can be challenging @ times especially when you’re traveling w/kids ✈️
- Sandy LuckertFebbraio 25, 2015Vino Volo - great food, even better wine., unexpectedly well priced for an airport. Best place to relax and eat at BWI. Near Gates A6-A11
- A, B, & C all connect. Find the fastest security section and walk the 100 or so feet. Super time saver!
- Get here early as the security lines can be long, lots of food options and drinking holes!
- Gachi Sushi, a rare thing here in BWI airport Southwest Terminal A..they treat you like a customer that matters. And listen to the order! Oh yeah, excellent Sushi too.
- Rachel RebeccaAgosto 7, 2019am blind person. need help at airport. This has been best service at any airport I’ve ever had. I feel very comfortable, very respected! John, supervisor for assisting people at JetBlue is wonderful,
- LOVE the wooden rocking chairs everywhere! Take a break, sit back, and recline! Enjoy that layover between flights.
- Great food all over the airport. Cool shops too. It's good to get here early so you time to enjoy a bite to eat or to hit the stores.
- Use lower level security check area if flying Southwest (and other gate B carriers)! The lines there are short to nonexistent - great if you're running late :)
- Try the Mango Vegetarian Stir Fry at the Silver Diner. MMM! :)
- Mike ShyavitzNovembre 27, 2013If you're flying southwest, security point C is usually the shortest line but a little out of the way. Double check when you check in to make sure.
- This airport is the best on the East Coast. It has food, quality of service, ease of movement, and higher end bathrooms than you would expect. Proud to call MD home, and BWI my airport of choice
- Firkin and Flyer in terminal C is a great place to cool your jets before a flight. Grab a drink and a snack and take it across to their lounge to plug in your gear.
- Your good as long as you fly Southwest. Good luck with all other airlines. Baggage claim here is the slowest in America. Use FastPark for off-site parking. They are the best.Votato positivo 3 giorni fa
- Southwest gates are the best with easy access to lots of food and drink. Head to upper epartures) to use ridesharing services.
- One of my favorite airports. Well designed. Nice food court or restaurants. A good selection of shops for an airport this size.
- This airport is great for the easiest connection to Amtrak's Acela Express service and their Regional NorthEast Corridor Service that goes to DC , Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Hartford and others
- TSA-pre check line closes at any time. So if u have TSA Pre-check then don't be sure that u will make it quickly thru the security. And yes they make u remove the laptops.
- From the Gaithersburg MD area including Shady Grove Metro (Red Line) take MTA Route 201 to get to BWI for $5 - 7 days a week. Luxury coaches with restrooms.

http://www.avenerecladding.com >>You now have an extremely strong and reliable, fully tested and aesthetically pleasing terracotta rainscreen cladding envelope... - Gregory MorrisFebbraio 20, 2015Annoying that Southwest Airlines is located on the complete opposite end of the airport from the light rail stop; walk of a mile +. Parking available for $8 a day;, worth considering vs taxi
- Stephanie SnyderLuglio 29, 2013iPhone users! Download your service's app and utilize your passbook! Checkin from home, E-tickets, and see how fast you get to your gate! Thanks Apple! From entrance to gate in less than 15 minutes!
- Great airport with free wifi, plenty of charging stations and extensive food court.
- Tim MartynovFebbraio 17, 2014до Вашингтона: такси $95. Или автобус B30 (после выхода налево) за 6$ до метро Greenbelt и там до центра еще 5$. Общ. Транспортом ехать не меньше 1,5 часа
- Great airport. TSA PRE CHECK officers are the friendliest around. BEWARE when going to and from the airport. The officers really like I-195 and speeders.
- Murat ŞıhmanoğluNovembre 10, 2014Çok büyük bir havaalanı, ulaşımı çok zor, uygulanan yöntemler çok farklı...
- Dominique Christopher is what's good at BWI! He really made my day going the extra mile to locate an item that I left on the plan during a transfer flight.
- BWI is a clean, efficient airport that, pun intended, flies under the radar. If you are headed to DC it's an alternative to IAD. A little bit farther away, but a better option than DCA.
- Scott SMaggio 27, 2013New secret security line between B and C. Literally no line while the A and B lines stretched beyond the ropes in area. And no TSA or airport folks telling anyone about the secret. Now you know.
- The most organized and efficient airport in the country! It has a modern feel, great selection of restaurants, and of course the wonderful Southwest airlines!
- They've done a lot of remodeling the last year! You can get to a, b and c terminals from almost anywhere now. C security usually isnt as crowded as A if youre flying southwest!
- Bryan La MadridMarzo 19, 2013American has 2 check-in booths reserved for US Armed Forces personnel. They are designed to check your bags in for free. Must have military ID. you don't have to stand in the special issues line.
- Great lounge in JetBlue terminal (Terminal D). Tough to find - keep walking past Green Turtle and the unassuming door is just after Dunkin. Platinum AMEX gets you in for free.
- Idus DavisSettembre 15, 2017One of the most comfortable airports I’ve been in. Uber also has integrated pickup/drop off locations so your driver knows exactly where to find you.
- Be aware that the shuttle to and from the Rental Car Facility is quite slow as they need to pack it full in both directions. Plan for this to add an extra 30 minutes!
- I prefer BWI over all other airports in the DMV. Best travel days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- International departures area is quite sparse on options. Go for a wonder.
- Get here early!! Security lines can be long so give yourself enough time to get through
- Rock RockenhausGennaio 27, 2014If you're an USAA member, rent a car from Hertz. Remember to use USAA`s CDP code for the reservation. I reserved the manager's special for $17/day for unlimited mileage.
- James SolisAprile 7, 2016Everything else is good about the airline but the only thing is the Spirit airline should not be making you pay for your carry-on luggage
