This airport is extremely outdated. Please carry $, € or £. The lounges are pretty dark and have little to no facilities. Star Alliance gold members go through a separated security gate which is quick

There isn't an airport that's as bad. Long, mismanaged queues everywhere, insipid food choices, pathetic duty free, no Internet mostly and utter chaos all around. This place needs a manager.

Caramba.... As reformas precisam vir urgentemente!!! O aeroporto é muito feio! O lobby para os embarques internacionais é triste demais, freeshops são horríveis e caros! Opções de alimentação tb ruins

If you fly Ethiopian Airlines and have a layover you can go to their service desk to get a voucher for food and/or hotel with free shuttle bus. They don't tell you - you need to ask!

The Ethiopian Airlines lounges does not accept up front payments for access. Plaza premium lounge at the far end of the huge departure hall is a decent alternative. At US$ 40 it is in the high end.

Small airport,: some restaurants, coffee shops, souvenirs etc. There are two business lounges with Basic service: some chaise longs, sofas, small buffet (African dishes) and Internet access.

Free Wifi available. Be prepared for mulitple times of security screening. One at the land side, another one at the air side and if you are flying to Europe and U.S, you be required to do another one.

Если что то увидел - хватай. Через день уже не будет. Цены бывают нереально низкие. Хотя товар абсолютно нормальный. Wifi есть но долго ждать идентификации. Ком подсоединяется, тел. - нет...

Airport WiFi works great. If u need some work done, there's an internet Cafe at the end of the connecting gates, right before the entry to gate 18.

Beware. Duty free goods will be taken off you on transfer flights. You get it back at baggage reclaim at end destination but it's the last thing off the plane so you wait forever!

An utter dump. The worst airport I’ve ever been to. Confusing, spread out but extremely crowded, terrible food options, no functioning wifi. And I’ve been to Kabul, Port au Prince and Kandahar.

If you can't find free WiFi, ask the airline staff at the service counter. They will be kind enough to tell you how.

Addis Ababa's Bole is quite a busy airport. In times of overcrowding of boarding gates, use any alternative gate that's not overcrowded. They all lead to the same boarding place.

Terrible airport. Three times security control since the entrance, three times to remove shoes, take off laptop etc. Don’t even allow liquids bought at their Duty Free to take on board.

Be prepared to go through security three times if you’re headed to the US. Also, there’s no food or drink available after the final checkpoint.

Its not fair that the atms are below the duty free and they don't accept birr at the duty free shops and yes free wifi and the perfume shops are a delight.

I am a big fan of this airport. Comfy reclining chairs for naps and easy to access WiFi throughout the airport which makes life on international travels much nicer.

Try to get into the Cloud Nine Lounge. Comfortable seats, clean toilets, good Food and drinks. WLAN on airport is available.

Its not your average airport. Lots of security and oh, avoid the many 'willing' potters who want to carry your bags as they want tips later. This country only accepts USD, Euro or GBP! The hell!?!

Wi-Fi отсутствует в любом виде. Дешевый ресторан в правом углу, если стоять лицом к линии Duty Free. Лежаки по всему аэропорту делают его уникальным.

They take %7 commission for visa card use in duty free. Cigars is cheap also some perfumes.

In case you forget to do currency exchange before immigration then go to any resto and ask them to give USD against birr. Hope this helps

Needs improvement regarding cleansing, it's very busy and signs are not quite helpful. It has free wifi, though.

One of the worst airport I have traveled through, add to it that Ethiopian is a lousy airline, you’d be unlucky if you get stranded here, happens too often sadly, staff response is irritating.

Gate 1A -F, 2, 3 always have a big queue and ppl are standing for hrs. Make sure you come early

Worse airport I’ve been. The restrooms are in containers, the security is very disorganized and slow. No internet, they say they have but it doesn’t work. If you have a chance go to another airport.
