Get here early it gets wicked packed at night. Worth it though. Beer is excellent, Back N Black my favorite. Food is good too. Best gastro-pub in SF.

Stop in after a Giants game (leave early if you must) and try an Opening Day around the start of the season.

The Rueben Sandwich was really good! 5 samples for $8 of 21A brew isn't bad either.

Watermelon Wheat is seasonal - i.e. not available all year round..But you could get the same thing in a can at Trader Joe's

The Watermelon Wheat is even better near the end and slightly after watermelon season.

they have a good selection of microbrews. and the steak dinner is great. meals always fill you up.

They recently added power sockets under the bar by the pumps. Do buy beer or food if you use them.

Don't come here and not order a Fried Pickle (not on the menu) for $1 American dollar. Be a good steward of Merica' and embrace deliciousness.

If you don't like their tap selections, they've got a bunch of their usual stuff in cans. Just as good and cheaper, too.
