Quiet, dark, private atmosphere. Good, strong cocktails. Our favorite was Benton's Old Fashioned. I regretted going after dinner because I was too full to enjoy the complimentary hot dogs we received.

A recommendation from a beer lover friend. Not too hard to find but had an underground feel. Great outdoor space & beer list w/ Belgians. Not my fave since I’m a cocktail gal & they have none. :(
Chill UES speakeasy w/ excellent, creative cocktails...esp "Maya Made" & "Unforgiven" made by Dan! Kitchen closes ~11:30pm. Just wish that food matched sophistication of cocktail menu & hip factor!

Underground speakeasy below the Rag Trader, and the true gem among the two. Live piano music and a long and very elaborate menu of delicious cocktails make it a great option, especially for this area.
Great bar food: the secret paella and skirt steak is my fav. Infinite Wisdom for cocktails. Oh, and papas bravas!
