Fantastic instructors who seriously know how to teach a great hot power flow class. It can get crowded, but I love the energy of everyone practicing together

Energetic warm Vinyasa yoga flow classes, challenging for all levels. Absolutely bring a water bottle, you will sweat. If you sweat a lot bring a yoga towel for your mat, or a hand towel and headband!

My fave yoga studio in SF. Classes with Tom Lee are THE BEST. He's challenging and encouraging, and the 90 minutes fly by.

Great heated power yoga classes! The level 2-3 are really that + great music, 90 full minutes and beautiful studio.

All level flow (heated) with Lindsay is a great workout -- make sure to bring your own mat and towel

Anna's class was the most similar to Rusty's class at Urban Flow. Loved it. Mix of humor, music, and kick ass yoga
