Awesome studio- agree with the earlier comment, super sweaty hot flow without the oppression of bikram. And since they're technically a separate studio from Monster- you can do 2 classes on ClassPass!

I'm kind of obsessed with this place. They just opened the new location away from Monster Cycle so things are a bit under construction but it's still fabulous as are the teachers and staff.

My favorite yoga studio. Definitely not for beginners because they don't really explain the poses BUT, you also don't have to be an expert!

Hot means HOT. If you didn't bring a towel, pay the $1 for one at the front desk. Best buck you will ever spend.

This is my favorite yoga spot in NYC. Heated (but not Bikram-hot) vinyasa flows set to everything from Enya to Drake.

Love the hot vinyasa here! Great non traditional music and you'll get a great sweat! The 60 min class is perfect.

It's sweat dripping, beat bumping, candle lit yoga to hip hop music. Y7 is my yoga home base. Doing yoga elsewhere feel strange.

The classes here are great but the facilities could be better. Def don’t plan on using their shower. They only have one and it’s in the restroom right next to the toilet - questionable sanitation.

Not for the traditional yogi, but offers a great hybrid/trendy approach for those looking to mix things up. Warning: there is only one shower.

Youre going to sweat a ton and you may have somewhere to be next (work?). They need more than one shower. Been waiting 25 min as I write this.
