    If you have children between ages 5-16 be advised there is no playground. There is a tot-lot by the office, a sand volleyball area & a basketball court. If you have active children, keep this in mind!

    Affordable & generally a nice place to live. Rent prices are just over $600 (1br), $700 (2br) & $800 (3br/2ba). If you live below someone, you'll find virtually no sound buffering between floors.
