Terrible service. They apply a facilities usage fee to everybody even if not needed and prepaid by the company. It could be a great hotel. It isn't.

Wifi doesn't work on Android or iPhone browsers. Tell your browser to fetch the desktop version if you want the complementary wifi.

Terrible service at check-in. Gabina should never work at the front desk of any customer oriented service. Maybe DMV. Cannot wait for this type of human touch to be replaced by computers.

This is not the best hotel, much better options in the city. Don't be fooled because its old, old doesn't mean good or even ok.

I don't like the service, they're very short and it becomes rude. Internet is weak and rooms casual NY small.

You can't use the bathroom here after you get off the Bolt Bus. Total let down. Swanky hotel lobby though. #thenewyorker
