- Sondra PateeAgosto 3, 2014Highly recommended!Plan your animal list map then pack a lunch Get there Early when they open the animals are very active during the morning they sleep late after lunch tend to not be as active after.
- Sondra PateeAprile 21, 2013Bring your own food and get there early because the animals are more active and you find free parking in the residential areas saves you money I also recommend get zoo membership depending on visits !
- Cynthia DivinoMarzo 5, 2017Best zoo I have ever seen. Animals are nearby, habitats are realistic and it is obvious the animals are well cared for. I will be back next time I visit Seattle!
- The kids love playing on the boat by the penguins. The Northern area has an indoor space where kids can see the otters swimming. I’ve heard the zoomazium is a lot of fun too but closed during COVID.
- Kimmie NguyenGiugno 20, 2016This is one of the most beautiful zoos I've ever visited. Very cleverly designed, but also considerate of how much space the residents need.
- David WunderlinFebbraio 14, 2019This is an excellent place to visit and to explore the information about various kind of animals and birds. I love to visit their and always enjoyed a lot.
- Larissa VidalNovembre 28, 2015WildLights - an inventive way to enjoy the night with your kiddo. Wander through the indoor Day Exhibit to spy boas, the tree kangaroo, and crocs while you warm up.
- Natalie SwaimAgosto 6, 2016Make sure to get in early to avoid the crowds and check the daily schedule for shows/exhibit info. Example: Yola the baby gorilla is only on exhibit for a few hours each day at this time.
- Molly DamenDicembre 3, 2017The play place is our favorite place to visit at the end of the animals or just for a rainy day.
- Go when its rainy! There will be more parking available, fewer crowds, and sometimes its easier to see some animals because they're in their covered areas!
- If you can't see the snow leopard, try standing in front of the raptor barn, facing west, and look up. Sometimes the snow leopard likes to people watch too!!
- Pretty good zoo. Sometimes it can be hard to see some of the animals. Also food prices are high so bring your lunch.
- Go early, as soon as it opens. Animals are more active and crowds aren't as bad. North and West entrances are closed permanently in favor of the the new NW gate. Get a membership, it's worth it :)
- Ronnie BaileyMarzo 26, 2013Boring. Maybe because I've been to Animal Kingdom at Disney though. All the animals here were either sleep or hidden behind all the junk in their habitat.. Also the paper map is highly innacurate.
- Faather AauroraaAgosto 19, 2016awesome place. i love the room where you can sit and colorful birds fly all around.
- Lillian YoungOttobre 20, 2014There is always something new. Check their website to see if a rainy day discount is being offered.
- Brian FlockMarzo 1, 2015If you have a little one, become a member. It's great to be able to pop in and out.
- Very well maintained zoo. Mornings are better compared to afternoons. Animals do like their nap after lunch ;)
- Skip the main food place and head to Pacific Blue Chowder House. The food is better and it's less crowded. The outdoor seating can be tough if it's raining so bring a towel to wipe down the seating.
- HISTORYAprile 7, 2010The zoo let's you step into an African savanna, an Asian elephant habitat and a tropical rain forest. The zoo also brings special exhibits, which have included monitor dragons, butterflies and other b

- Tom HouserDicembre 21, 2011Go during Christmas eve and see the holiday Christmas lights, the whole zoo is lit up.. its awesome!
- Michael CioffiLuglio 9, 2017Hardly any of the animals were out. It was disappointing to my little girl. And the pathways need some work. If you have mobility issues some of them can be tricky.
