- Bradley PhillipsGiugno 25, 2015The only problem with this place is that every time I stay here I never want to leave the hotel. Spend a little extra and stay. The service, pool and food is worth it.
- JasonMaggio 30, 2016Get the club level upgrade - Club concierge, computer access, kick ass view of the Mississippi, breakfast, high tea, cocktail hour w/ top shelf liquor, dessert, and snacks...Definitely worth it!

- Rachael WhibbsMarzo 18, 2012With my wonderful husband, sister & brother in law for some much needed rest!!
- Pretty shocking that for this level of hotel we aren't able to get them to make up the room in a junior suite without calling... Cleaning staff are disappointing.
- Old-world elegance with superior modern service.
- Great service. Needs a multimillion dollar make over to get in line with the pricing.
- Best hotel staff and service in New Orleans.
- Brandon PartridgeDicembre 30, 2011The rooms are much improved after a major renovation in late 2011.
- Outdated and almost seemingly dirty. The hotel has seen much better days. Try the Ritz.
- The waffles in the restaurant are horrible. The bacon is horrible. The latte is horrible. The convenience isn't worth it - just eat somewhere else.
