Everything Julian says. Plus, while the resort fee is a little annoying, and the included food/drinks range from bleh to decent in quality, the staff is interested in your needs and helpful.

The residential-like space has communal tables, an open kitchen with a long central island, sofas and ottomans. The terrace has views of Times Square, holds 40 for receptions

You can have your breakfast at the rooftop with this view. The saff is great.

The so called breakfast is laughable... and comes at a cost you cannot avoid anyways.
