Nice place (especially the terrace), tasty food, good service & value for money. The salads are great (go for the baby calamari one), while the Velasquez Grilled Calamari with Guacamole is delicious.
Best street burgers in town: fast service, good meat & bun, but the rest of the ingredients really stand out: goat cheese, baked peppers, jalapenos & valerian, for example. Unlimited Sriracha, too!
Doesn't look like much, but the food is ok and the portions are big. Go for the beef skewers and the tabbouleh. Pickles & sweets (baklava) are on the house - probably to make up for the slow service..
Beautiful quiet garden in the city center. Seabass, duck & seafood all good choices, but the chocolate bar dessert is truly exceptional. Be sure to make a reservation. Cocktails lacking alcohol though
Quiet place near the city center, with a beautiful interior design. The lamb chops, floating island and lemonade are delicious, while the soups are also good. Various breakfast choices as well.
Nice trendy place but lousy cocktails. Sunny Danube seafront chairs get pretty crowded in the afternoon, great view of the Buda side - too bad it sometimes gets blocked by a parked cruise ship.
