It's an strange self serving Italian restaurant where you have many choices BUT the pizzas aren't good enough. That's the reason that everyone were buying pasta. So go for a nice plate of pasta.

I ordered pizza burata it is very bad watery pizza OMG,who took my order was unfriendly,unprofessional actually he used his computer to set my order then without washing his hand he rolled out pizza

It is quite fresh but lack of ingredients on the pizza even I chose a big one.It is expensive considering the small portions and unfriendly chefs. You can eat good Asian or döner with the same money.

Normalerweise kennt jeder, dass bei Vapiano auf die Pizza etwas warten muss. Aber 1,5h? - unzumutbar. Kunden vor uns mussten die Anfertigung praktisch einfordern. Andere haben einfach storniert.

Das Essen ist ordentlicher Vapiano-Standard. Aber das Restaurant ist im Vergleich zu anderen nicht gut gemanagt. Viel öfter als in anderen Vapianos (ich bin z.B. oft in Heilbronn) sind Gerichte aus.

McDoof für Liebhaber italienischer Speisen. Die etwas bessere Variante vom PizzaHut - dann doch lieber einen Döner oder um die Ecke zu Todi's!

Woran es auch immer liegen mag: wesentlich schlechteres Essen und Personal als in der Bolzstraße. Mittlerweile mehrfach getestet und leider immer wieder bestätigt... Also: lieber Bolzstraße.

If you have vapiano people card, book each meal in a different card or you wont get the points. Beware of the totally incompetent and unfriendly cashiers.
