- Natalie VGennaio 30, 2017Easy to get to via sky train from downtown, which is nice. Security was slow though and computer system for delta was down.
- Never arrive YVR at noon-1pm. Its like 15 flights landing at almost the same time. Lining up for immigration is like lining up for Space Mountain in Disneyland. 90 minutes at best #worstlineever
- Take the sky train to Vancouver City center and easy arrive to Robson street
- Brad MaysAgosto 29, 2013They've opened up a couple more restaurants, so you have more options beyond the Starbucks pastry case.

- Moe DexlerDicembre 15, 2016Everything moves slowly here. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in Miami, FL.
- Enjoy one of the most beautiful airports in the world. Always happy to come back home!
- best airport on the continent by far.. EXCEPT worst baggage handlers perhaps in the world. average wait for luggage is 30+ minutes. i imagine the baggage handlers strive for YVR to fail. seems so.

- RachelAgosto 12, 2013From Canada to America - have your border security info all ready as you go through US Customs before getting on the plane!
- Always remember to remove your belt when going through security. It's the one thing I forget and get dinged on.
- Departing the YVR to take the Millennium Line will cost you 9$ a ticket. They don't care for bus passes or polite Canadians. Bring a fare save ticket.
- If you don't have your luggage beside you and sleep, security will wake you and think you are homeless.... Mine was stuck between international and domestic waiting for it to open at 6am.
- When you get the "pat down" at security ask them if it was good for them too! (Smile when you say it)

- Mark KupasrimonkolAgosto 19, 2014If you're transferring, its worth rushing to be first in the security line. You will get the pat down, and it's super slow.
- Sebastian KomorMaggio 26, 2013Great for arriving, not so much leaving. A tad confusing. Hard time finding tgecproper Air Canada check in. I was told there is no reason for the 100 dollar fee for 2nd piece of luggage. $grab!
- Food selection needs work, but amazing wifi and always clean.
- If you're new to Vancouver and heading Downtown take the Canada Line skytrain it's way cheaper than a cab.
- Air Canada domestic check in is a breeze. Self-tag your bag, they scan it, drop it on a conveyer belt. It seems like there's never any lineup.
- If you buy a Canada Line ticket at the airport, there is a $5 surcharge. For 2 people, possibly cheaper to take a cab.
- Rebecca MurphyDicembre 1, 2014Free wifi! If you've got a late flight, just a warning that most food places past security close around 10pm.
