The one and only best resort & spa in Yogyakarta. The deluxe volcano view room are awesome with merapi view surrounding. Nice!. And the staff was so totally generous.

Very nice hotel, staffs are wonderful, friendly...smiling every time. I could take a relax and spent wonderful time. The location is nearby airport, I don't have to worry about traffic jam.

They offer free shuttle to & from molioboro about 6 times a day from 10 am to 9 pm. Also daily shuttle to(only) prambanan Ramayana show at 6 pm and to the prambanan temple at 8 am.

Very traditional design hotel, the hotel lobby is quite nice. There is convenience shop nearby hotel. I am going to enjoy holidays at here.

Hotel with great atmosphere and a nice pool. All staff is friendly and helpful at any time. Just 10 min away from the airport.

Отель для проведения конференций. Расположен на окраине, пешей доступности до адекватных кафе, ресторанов или магазинов нет. Номера большие, затёртые, кормят скучно. В садах душно и воняет хлоркой.

nice location for R&R, unfortunately d hotel's old & some of the devices r out-dated or broken. The room services took a long time to answer the call. Anyhow, the breakfast was diverse & satisfying

Full potencies especially our lagoon room! But really they need to do something with the moldy and dainty smell in the room and hotel area. They need to update the building.

For the food, supplies and the room..this is a three stars hotel and do not deserve to carry sheraton name...only staff and ground facility is ok

I do not recommend to stay here. Yes the staffs are nice and friendly but they are very slow at response. Room is clean but very humid, smell and outdated with old furnitures.
