This is the best place to get chicken noodle soup in the area! The pickle bar is great and they have good deli. Also big naughty NY style bakery case and carryoutdeli.
Any deli sandwich, Matza ball soup is delicious and a must if you have a cold, and the crab cake sandwich. Get a birchbeer to wash it all down, and the chocolate loving spoon cake for dessert.
I love love love this place! I have gone there for years. Everything is good and plentyful! I am addicted to their Matzoh ball soup .. best in the whole entire DMV area!
Anyplace that has a pickle bar is going to make amazing chicken and matzoh ball soup and excellent deli sandwiches, plus solid breakfasts, but no pickles in am.
It's all so good! Whitefish salad is on point, matzoh ball/chicken soup is the best I have ever had, and latkes with applesauce are great. All deli meats are great too! It is hard to go wrong here!
Rueben's are amazing, onion rings superb, eggplant fries outa this world, but the desserts... No matter how full, the carrot cake calls to me (as do the chocolate lovin spoon & choc cake).
Don't leave without checking out the dessert counter. Homemade pies, cakes, fritters, hamantashen, turnovers, bobkas, bear claws, and all manner of delicious confections!
Well... The Reuben was okay, doesn't come with fries and I don't think it's worth the price. I recommend Santuccis Deli for a Reuben, they have the best
Great carry-out or dine in option. Featured in the February 2010 issue of Washingtonian Magazine, this local favorite is a must try after you're done being pampered at the Emerald Door.
I ordered the grilled turkey and Brie. What I got was a butter sandwich. And the fries tasted like Arby's curly fries. Very disappointed about a placed that is 'raved' about.
wants to visit Parkway Deli & Restaurant. This place was listed in the February 2010 issue of Washingtonian Magazine has an article called "Best of Silver Spring".
