Spectacular wine list. Mostly natural/biodynamic. Lots of hard-to-find gems. 3 dishes was a good amount of food. Sunchoke soup, rehydrated beets, and shortrib were highlight dishes.
chef gabriel hedlund is unfortunately no longer there. it's a different restaurant under the new chef. far less inventive and some dishes are laughably small.
Service was warm + friendly. Lamb tartar, Wild mushroom, sourdough & scallops were great. Squid noodle broth was bland. Fried turbot was also a touch bland. Overall excited to try other dishes!
Beets, sunchoke soup, mushrooms, poached eggs, cured scallops, mackerel, lamb tartar, sautéed duck hearts, chicken confit, braised short rib, skyr and white chocolate. All fantastic. Great service too
