One of the most underrated places in Huntington. Amazing independent & mainstream movies. Eat the organicpopcorn & veganfriendly treats from the café! Organic coffee & great salads and meals
They have several membership options which are a must have for film fans (cheaper tix, discounts, etc). Welcoming atmosphere with great movies and snacks.
This is a no frills great local cinema that brings in great movies. Make sure to check out the café before the move and get a glass of wine or a bottled microbrew
Always playing something brilliant--even if aren't familiar with it, give anything a try. I could walk in without paying, but I love this place too much to even bother. PS: they let you bring food.
Also, Frank R.: we show 35mm prints 95% of the time. The Panasonic video projectors are used for slides and in the rare circumstances that we need to screen a digibeta, bluray, etc.
This theater is awesome in a plethora of ways. Not only do they show modern day independent films, but they delve into the recesses of true independent spirit!
Frank R. has NO clue as to what he is talking about. The SMALLEST of the theaters has a standard-sized screens & 90 seats, while the largest holds 300 & boasts a HUGE screen. Get your facts straight.
Not your average theater. It's really a community center. The screen is only slghtly bigger than an HDTV, and they use panasonic digital projectors. The room I sat it in had just 78 seats.
Saw a Rocky Horror "shadow cast" production there and it was pretty lousy. The theater was nice, but for $20 a ticket I expect the cast to be at least coordinated, which wasn't the case.
