Try the gumbo with alligator or the crawfish etouffee. Order a home made root beer and get a side of fried corn. For desert you've got to try the bread pudding.

In direct conflict with my Psycho Gym recommendation, I also recommend the Alligator Cafe. All I can say is, no wonder they've gotten so many awards - YUM!
