Small park but with a nice steep trail that gives you good views over the valley. Go up to the ruins of the Troop cabin - makes a good spot for a picnic.
Best place to eat at the Huntington. Dumplings are decent and it’s a great place to sit on the terrace overlooking the pond and mountains.
Touristy but great views from the roof over LA. Park by the Greek for free and walk up via the Boy Scout Trail - great views and less frustration.

Stunningly beautiful property and great service. Highly recommended the Montcalm Suite as it has great views and a screened in porch. Sit on the lawn for cocktails and soak in the view.
Great short hike with nice saguaros and other desert plants. Great views over the lake and down the valley - May even come across some wild donkeys.
Nice park close to Phoenix even if it’s a bit surreal to be at a lake among saguaros in the desert. Couple of decent hiking trails like to Yavapai Point to overlook the lake.

Great state park with lots of wonderful trails for various skill levels. Crowded during the weekends and holidays but a lovely place to walk. Canyon loop is great.

Simply the soul of the city - The hallowed halls are filled with many memories and so much wonder. Do the temporary exhibits and then pick a random room you’ve never been to before and loose yourself.

Food is stellar - Brussels Spouts are worth committing murder for. Unfortunately the service is abhorrent, slow and you always wait no matter if you have a reservation. But the food....!!!!
