    Been here 5 months now. Near campus is the big draw. Staff attentive to maintenance. It's a college apartment so a little 'used'. A little noisy on weekends but look where it's located.

    Sometimes, the staff can be a little airheaded, or maintenance issues don't get taken care of immediately, but it is close to campus, and I walk almost everyday.

    I've lived here for 2 years, and i'm thankful to be moving on. There's way better places to live for the money you're paying.

    Don't waste your money on these apartments. The rooms are small, they are over priced, and the staff is rude. Plus, if you live on the Blue Monkey side, it's ridiculously loud all night long.

    like Michelle said, this place is only good for being close to campus...if you want a good quality apartment, this is NOT the place for you...the pricing is very expensive for crap quality like this..

    The only good thing about these apartments is that it's close to school. But everything else pretty much sucks.
