The taxi drivers on the cab rank are a bunch of halfwit gunts who have no idea of the way around their city. Especially the rude asses working for that yellow firm. You're better off calling a cab.

There are two entry ways to the red line. The back from cesar chavez and in the front toward olvera st. Before the long tunnel.
