Don't let the cold, arsenal feel of the outside scare you off, it was, after all, a Torpedo Factory. Inside, you'll find over 150 artists on all 3 floors of the building. Target Gallery is a must see.
AbbyLuglio 24, 2012I took an art class there last summer and I loved it!! :) It is a beautiful building with an amazing view of the water and of Old Town Alexandria. I would recommend going there alone or with friends.

There's a Bread & Chocolate inside for your non-Starbucks coffee fix.
- The Bay Scale at the entrance doesn't actually work.
