Public WiFi is too spotty to be relied on. Use your personal hotspot instead.

It's 2014 and this library can't afford a reliable wifi. Not enough copies and a lot of noise to be considered a library.

Book a study room for two people if all you're going to do is set up your laptops & gossip while everybody else is trying to get work done. Be bloody considerate to others who have nowhere else to go.
