This is by far the best workout around. No class is ever the same. The instructors are so informative and great. All around best fitness center around.

Every class pushes you to do your best with positive reinforcement from the staff to your classmates!- We just added Wreck Bag classes on Wednesday mornings at 5am 6am and 9am onto our kickboxing schedule! We also have Barre, Yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in North Attleboro and Plainville area in Mass
