The khachapuri is really good, but make sure which kind you're looking for: people here are not really in the mood for explaining stuff for tourists and there are like 6 different kinds.

Chashushuli is deep and flavorful, pairs well with the dense cheese breads here. We ate outside with our puppy and everyone was super friendly and accommodating :)

Easily the best Georgian food I've had in the city. The khachapuri, khinkali, and chashushuli were all delicious and reasonably priced.

Delicious khachapuri-kind of a Georgian pizza! Tasty trio/veggie appetizer was good and healthy. Chicken in walnut sauce is a speciality.

They sell an amazing flat, round bread filled with cheese - piping hot. $6 as of May 2011, but worth it.
