Nice hotel with great sitting space for enjoy friends and family. Rooms and service were great. Really enjoyed the fire place sitting areas.

Agree with the comments on the noise - was on the ninth floor and could hear a large party in the atrium through the door. The beds were awesome, though!

It's an awesome place but when there is sport groups here don't expect to get much sleep. All the rooms face an Atrium in center and everyone is out late making lots of noise.

Breakfast not included & fake scrambled eggs. Free earplugs, you will need them! Atrium noisy & rooms not sound proof. Hot tub has high pitched sound when on! Lobby furniture dated & stained. "C-"

Be careful if you are coming from O'Hare. If you use a city taxi, they charge meter and a half to go to the suburbs and it is a $60 cab ride. With a suburban taxi, it is only $31.

The have parties during the week as well. I find it ridiculous they let it go on until almost 2AM. Otherwise a great hotel.

Wifi is terrible. If you're on a business trip and need wi fi for work I wouldn't recommend staying here. It constantly disconnects and the connectivity is always 'limited'

Don't expect free wifi in the bedrooms. Free wifi is only available in the lobby and it takes quite a while to connect.
