By far the best place to stay in town. Comfortable, well situated, good restaurant and solicitous staff. Bonus: it's a handy stopover place if you're heading for or coming out of Sydney.

Harbour views are harbour "glimpses" in most rooms.

Service (desk, room, cleaning, parking) really struggles at busy times. Be prepared for errors and delays.

The air-conditioning is really loud so a restful sleep can be a struggle if you're a light sleeper. The buffet breakfast is quite decent though, I was particularly taken by the popcake machine.
