This hotel has the sort of old school class too it that makes you feel like you're staying in a classic film set in NYC. Rooms are large but the bathroom wasn't the best - still, very nice hotel.

Bottle (bubbly and wine) service is priced as if you were having a meal- order a bottle at a comfy table with friends & enjoy the scenery.

Excelente ubicación lo mas padre del centro de manhathan super cerca... aparte nos tocó una suite super!!! Embajador.. muy recomendable

Hotel bem localizado entre a Medson e a 45th. Em frente ao hotel tem uma entrada para a Grand station e fica a apenas 3 quarteirões do distrito dos teatros da Broadway. Quarto confortável e staff 10.

Çok iyi bir oteldi,lokalizasyon,çalışanlar,temizlik,tarih kokan,süper bir yer.Tercih sebebi çok..içinde bir Starbucks olması da hoş.Tek sıkıntı giriş merdivenlerinden valizi tek çıkarmam oldu

The lobby is gorgeous and the location can't be beat. Be sure to try one of the restaurants within the hotel. Excellent food as well.

Excelente servicio, como en todos los hoteles hay área de internet con impresoras por si quieres imprimir tu pase de abordaje, los elevadores tardan mucho a las horas pico.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la calefacción hace un ruido infernal cada vez que se activa. El lobby es hermoso y siempre huele delicioso. La atención en general es muy buena.

Comfy and spacious rooms! Very clean though a bit dated decor. Wifi didn't work either of the 2 days I stayed (what else can you expect with AT&T?)

En el hotel te cobran el wifi aparte, de ahi en fuera todo esta muy bien. Pueden llegara a tardar los elevadores por la mañana.

If ur gng 2 do lobby bar, mk sur Tony (shrt, stocky) or Anthony (tall, crly) takes care of u. >Tru bartenders, in the old schl sense of real gntlmn and frnds. Tell em Havens from NYC/Charlotte sent u.

Run by the Pakistan Gov like a motel 6 in the middle of NYC. The lobby, and hotel bar are cool, classic NYC... but no hot water and cable out for days!? outlets broken, peeling paint, moldy bathrooms?

Mandatory fees that are inexplicably not included in the price so you think you're getting a better deal than you are. TVs that rarely work right, only two working elevators. Don't get fooled.

Prepare your pocket for the extra US$40,00 the charge per day that includes internet and access to gym but not a simple print out. New York City constantly searching for new ways of ripping you off

Bem localizado, atrás da Grand Central Station, mas os quartos são bem qualquer coisa. O atendimento é sorteio: uns muito simpáticos, outros uns estúpidos - fuja da recepcionista oriental, uma grossa!

Decently nice and clean. But for the price, I would've liked to not walk down the stairs because elevators took too long. Elevators are so slow and small, and wifi options suck.

The cleaning staff are friendlier than the reception staff. The rooms are pretty basic for a 4* hotel, the bathroom is especially unimpressive.

In their storage service lost the luggage of my sister and boyfriend with the entire collection to present during NY Fashion Week (Children of our town). They dont do anything to fix it $$$.
